1. Our promise
We want every engagement to deliver what was promised. You may cancel a service before work begins for a full refund; once work has started, refunds are pro-rated for the deliverables not yet completed, as set out below.

Before work begins — full refund
Email
contact@peshamanru.com with your order number before kickoff and we will refund you in full. For monthly retainers, cancel before the next billing cycle to stop further charges.
3. Eligibility for a refund
Because we provide digital marketing & IT services (not physical products), refund eligibility is based on the stage of the work, not the condition of any item:
- Full refund — if you cancel before we have started work on your service.
- Pro-rated refund — if work has started, you are refunded for the deliverables not yet completed; completed deliverables and hours already worked are chargeable.
Refunds are not available for:
- One-off services that have already been fully delivered and accepted.
- Retainer months that have already been worked or are in progress.
- Third-party costs you authorised on your behalf (advertising spend, domain names, licences, paid tools) — these are billed by the provider and are non-refundable once spent.
- Outcomes that depend on third-party platforms (for example rankings, ad performance or approval times), which we cannot guarantee.
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
Write to us at contact@peshamanru.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Name and registered email / mobile number
- The service you want to cancel or have refunded
- Reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours, confirm what (if anything) has already been delivered, and tell you the refund amount before we process it.
5. Refund timelines
Step 1 — Review (within 3 business days)
We review your request and the stage of the work, and confirm the eligible refund amount with you.
Step 2 — Refund initiated (within 7 business days of approval)
Once approved, we initiate the refund. Funds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Refund method
- UPI / card payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID, card or bank account used for payment. A reference number is shared by email.
- We do not collect cash, so all refunds are made electronically to your original payment method.
7. Cancellation before kickoff
You may cancel at no charge at any time before we begin work. To cancel, write to contact@peshamanru.com with your order number. Once work has started, the pro-rated terms in section 3 apply.
8. If we do not deliver as agreed
If we fail to deliver the scope agreed at kickoff, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will first offer to put it right with a revision; if we still cannot deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to a full or pro-rated refund for the affected deliverables, at your preference.
9. Revisions
Each service includes the rounds of revision stated in its scope. Reasonable revisions to delivered work are included; substantial changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.
